EGL624GM Laser Level

Description

The EGL624GM is a fully automatic electronic leveling rotating grade/slope laser with easy-to-use controls.  Simply place laser level on a tripod (optional extra) and press the power button, it levels and begins to rotate.  The EGL624GM is extremely tough with a steel internal chassis and heavy-duty rubberised casing.

Auto Grade Match Tracking to Receiver

The EGL624GM features a dual manual grade match so you can set a grade on either or both axis using the remote control, so single person grade setting.  Where the EGL624GM stands out from the rest is the automatic grade match and tracking facilitated by the LR720T tracking receiver.   This feature allows the user to set the LR720T millimeter tracking receiver at a particular height.  The laser will then slope its beam on the selected axis to find this height and lock to this grade.  This makes setting grades extremely quickly and is especially useful where you want to match to a particular slope on-site. This tracking feature can also be used with the laser on its side for vertical alignment. Making it an awesome fencing laser, see video on fence alignment above.

MR708D Machine Receiver

MR708D Clamp Mounted machine receiver with in-cab repeater

 

RedBack Lasers MR708D machine receiver with clamp mount and in-cab repeater unit ideal for earthmoving applications.  It features clamp mounting on a machine boom or blade/bucket, the machine will need a mounting bar fabricated to mount.  The MR708D features 360 degrees of reception and can pick up a laser anywhere within its massive 250mm reception window.  When the laser moves out of this reception window the receiver will flash slowly indicating the laser height the laser was last detected at.  On the receiver are 5 extremely bright clusters of LED lights indicating the height of the laser.

The RedBack Lasers MR708 has an internal Ni-MH battery that can be charged with the included mains charging unit.  The receiver can also operate on a 12 or 24V system with the included cable with crocodile clips.  Note though on a 12V system the receiver will still need a mains charge from time to time as the 12V system will only top up the internal battery not fully charge it.

The RedBack Lasers MR708D pack comes also with an in-cab repeater unit and cables.  The MR708 can be used without the in-cab repeater if desired.

Machine receivers are ideal for all types of earthmoving, excavating, and groundworks for level and grades and can be installed on a number of machines.  This is a great receiver for Laser Plane, Box Blade, Grade Blade, Dozer, Bobcat and more.
