The RedBack PL650 electronic self levelling Pipe Laser features a bright class 3r red laser dot which digitally grades up to +40.000 percent and down to -20.000 percent.  The RedBack PL650 comes with a remote control which can be used to electronically shift the dot left or right to align with the target.  You can set grade directly with the remote, thus, making grade setting even more user friendly.

Also included in the kit is a high quality laser target with dual target plates which, as a result, allows the laser dot to be seen up to 300m range depending on ambient light.  The target plate sizes allow the bulls eye to be located in the center of the various sizes of pipe.  The pipe laser can be set in the center of most standard pipes using the included sets of removable feet.   Sizes the feet accommodate including 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm diameter pipes.

The PL650 is built extremely tough with solid cast metal casing and sealed to prevent water and dust incursion with a rating of IP68. The pipe laser is powered by a Ni-mh rechargeable battery which features military grade water tight connector.  In addition, you can power the PL650 pipe laser with standard “D” cell alkaline batteries using the included “D” cell battery holder.  So, Consequently, allowing the operator to continue working whilst charging up the main Ni-mh battery.

Improved Large LCD Display

The RedBack PL650’s large LCD display other than indicating the set grade also includes a digital spirit level.  Therefore,  allowing you to accurately place the housing of the device level, left to right inside, or on top of the pipe. The LCD display also indicates Out of self levelling range and  indicates the position the housing needs to be in order to bring it into range.

The RedBack pipe laser has built into it a standard 5/8″ standard survey style tripod thread.  So, consequently enabling the laser to be mounted on a tripod rather than inside or on top of the pipe if required.

The RedBack PL650 comes with a 2 Year manufacturers warranty.
