Only had to buy this product as the one we had was only 12 mths old and broke .
Helpful staff who informed me of part number required to order spare part.
Spare part arrived promptly.
I like that RedBack Lasers have spare parts that are easily sourced for their laser levels.
The part itself is sensitive to being wound too tightly to the staff. The threaded screw popped out of the socket. Over time tightening the nut up didn’t help and the thread continued to slip. Thus the spare part was required.
