Laser Automation basically does the height adjustment of your blade automatically for you. It utilizes receiver(s) that will detect the height of your laser level’s beam, and then control the hydraulics of your blade to match the height of the beam.

It is fantastic for giving a smooth final finish/trim of a pad without any manual input.

Put simply,

Single Systems control 1 x Hydraulic Ram

Dual Systems can control 2x Hydraulic Rams independently of each other

Single systems are often good for small skid steer blades or land planes where the whole height is controlled by one ram.

Dual systems are better when you’ve got two rams controlling the height of two different sides of a blade, allowing for more precise height control than a single over the length of a blade. They’re more responsive for things like single or dual grades.

Out of the box no – but we can easily custom wire a joystick or wiring loom to allow you to control this function with our height controls.

At the moment we can help people automate Earthmoving Implements like Blades/Buckets that are attached Skid Steers, Pozitracks, Loaders, Tractors etc.

We can only really automate implements that have their own hydraulic valve bank on the blade itself – so we can’t automate dozer buckets and the like.

Yes you can! Automation is purely designed for the final trim, so for most of your bulk cut & fill you’ll likely still be manually controlling that anyway.
